Balboa Baptist has an abundance of opportunities to study God’s Word from Sunday morning Bible classes and weekly study groups.

In the Outreach Center

Description: “We AR Fit” is a women’s exercise class developed to strengthen all the body’s muscle groups. This is achieved by using weight bearing exercises, stretching, and balance routines. There is room for you to join this fun and friendly class.
Frequency: MWF of every week (8:30 am - 9:30 am)

Description: Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badmitton, table tennis and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball. Balboa Baptist has coaches that are on hand to help beginners learn the sport. A variety of levels of competitive players participate.
Frequency: MWF of every week (10:00 am – 2:00 pm)

When to Begin

You are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any point. Each session is "self-contained," so you do not have to attend in sequence.

Description: During this time, players can make court reservations to play pickleball with their own teams. There are 3 courts available at 12:00pm and 1:30pm with play lasting up to 1½ hours. Reservations can be made by phone or in person at the Outreach Center Office.
Frequency: Tu/Th of every week, except the 2nd Thursday of the month (12:00pm – 3:00pm)

Description: The Outreach Center – Big Room is open for walkers of any pace and age during designated times. Be sure to check the calendar though, sometimes walking gets “bumped” for other Outreach Center activities!
