This year our event was moved to the spring to coincide with the Arkansas Baptist Convention's Statewide Serve Local date. Even though we had a lot of rain, we still were able to serve in our community and host a community Egg "Hunt" (or Drive-thru as it were).

Worship

Here at Balboa Baptist Church, we offer two distinct services every Sunday morning in which believers of various backgrounds can meet together to praise our great God through music and be challenged to grow through faithful and sound preaching that focuses on the salvation offered through Jesus.

The sermon is the same in both services, with the only differences being the location and the style of music. Childcare is available during both services for ages kindergarten and below.

traditional worship service

If you prefer traditional hymns with a choir, you will want to visit our 9am Traditional Service. Beautiful music featuring a grand piano, organ and drums fill the sanctuary every Sunday morning.

Contemporary worship service

If your style is a bit more casual with newer worship songs led by a band, the 10:30am Contemporary Service will fit you and your family. Grab a coffee and make your way into the Big Room of the Outreach Center.
